These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website dawnsalon.lovable.app and the booking and receipt of services from Dawn Hair Design (“Dawn”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating inside the David Kempinski Hotel, Tel Aviv. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Dawn Hair Design is a boutique hair, grooming and nail salon located at Level −1 of the David Kempinski Hotel, Tel Aviv, Israel. Contact: concierge.telaviv@kempinski.com or +972 74 766 2733.

2. Use of the website

• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt operations or scrape content.
• We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
• Some areas of the site may require accurate information from you (e.g. for bookings); providing false information may result in cancellation.

3. Bookings, deposits and cancellations

• Appointments may be requested via the website, WhatsApp, phone or the Kempinski concierge. A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it in writing.
• We may request a deposit or a credit card to secure certain services (bridal, colour, group bookings).
• Please notify us of cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price; bridal and event bookings are subject to a dedicated agreement.
• If we need to reschedule due to operational reasons, we will offer the next available slot or a full refund of any deposit paid.

4. Prices, payment and currency

• Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Final prices may vary based on hair length, density, complexity and the products used. The stylist will confirm the price with you before starting any service.
• Payment is due at the end of the appointment via the methods accepted on-site or, for hotel guests, may be charged to the room subject to the hotel’s policies.
• Prices and offers may be updated at any time without prior notice; the price in force at the time of confirmation applies.

5. Gift cards, packages and promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash and valid for the period stated on the card.
• Packages and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at purchase.

6. Service disclaimer

• We deliver services with professional care, in line with industry standards.
• Outcomes from chemical services (colour, lightening, treatments) depend on the natural condition of your hair and skin and cannot be guaranteed.
• You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, prior treatments, medical conditions or medications that may affect a service. A strand or patch test may be required.
• We may refuse a service if we believe it is not in your best interest or would compromise the integrity of your hair or skin.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawn’s liability for any direct loss arising from the website or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity or reputation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, layout, design and videography — is owned by Dawn Hair Design or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

9. Photography on premises

We may invite you to be photographed for editorial or marketing purposes; we will always ask for your written consent before doing so. You may withdraw consent at any time.

10. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and platforms (for example WhatsApp, Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or visit is the version that applies.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
