Accessibility Statement
Last updated · 26 May 2026
Dawn Hair Design is committed to making its website and salon experience accessible to every guest, including people with disabilities. We believe that hospitality begins with being welcoming to everyone.
1. Standards we follow
Our website is designed to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as referenced by Israeli Standard 5568 and the European Accessibility Act. We pursue continuous improvement and review accessibility regularly across new features and content.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML and meaningful page structure (headings, landmarks, lists).
- Sufficient colour contrast and a calm, readable type system.
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus on interactive elements.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery.
- Responsive design optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop.
- Full right-to-left (RTL) support for Hebrew.
- Reduced motion support where the user’s system requests it.
3. In the salon
- The salon is located on Level −1 of the David Kempinski Hotel and is accessible by elevator.
- Step-free access from the hotel lobby; staff are available to assist on arrival.
- Adjustable seating and quiet appointment windows can be arranged on request.
- We welcome service animals.
4. Known limitations
Some third-party content (for example embedded social media feeds, maps or booking widgets) may not yet meet the same level of accessibility as the rest of the site. We work with our providers to improve this, and we will gladly offer an accessible alternative on request.
5. Feedback and support
If you encounter a barrier on our website or need assistance, please contact us — we will respond within five (5) business days and do our best to provide the information or service you need in a format that works for you.
